Abaco Palms is ideal for accommodating large groups or even multiple families. It has a large common area for gathering and enjoying time together, but also offers private balconies for couples staying upstairs.
Living Area
With a large Great Room: Living, Dining, Kitchen combination, it is an ideal family gathering space. The armoire has a large screen, smart TV, and many games, puzzles, and books for your entertainment. The Kawai digital piano is another source of entertainment.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the inside dining table seats 8, with 2 additional dining seats at the counter. The kitchen has a large pantry, refrigerator with ice maker, an additional ice maker in the pantry, and full size washer and dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen.
Outdoor Spaces
The spacious deck is partially covered, with the open portion perfect for stargazing. There is a new VitaSpa Hot Tub (for 6) on the deck and dining for 6 with additional lounging chairs. The views to the east and west are spectacular, especially at sunrise and sunset.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are 4 bedrooms with adjoining baths: a main floor queen bedroom, the Sunrise Master Bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, the Sunset Master Bedroom with king bed and private balcony, and the upstairs queen bedroom with twin futon.
Water Activities
Abaco Palms comes with use of a 16″ Carolina Skiff, paddle boards and kayaks for exploring the neighborhood. We have recently added 4 stand up paddle boards and 3 knee boards. Paddle boarding is very popular!
